The birds have been very active since they returned to the high country. This bird sat for quite awhile on a branch right next to my deck so I was able to get some good photographs. The finch couple is the busiest of all the birds. If they sit still long enough from building their nest on top of my outside speaker I will try to snap a photo of them as well.

You are a good at taking pictures of birds like how wildlife photographers do. I have not seen a blue finch bird before I hope that one will also land in the trees close to my house. The bird looks like he is looking for the perfect spot to build a nest. Please do keep your promise to snap a photo if they ever build a nest on top of your outside speaker.
